KMAC of the Carolinas, Inc. began in Minnesota as simply KMAC in 1986. We are Licensed Applicators of Hacker Gypsum Concrete Floor Underlayments, installers of waterproofing and concrete systems for elevated decks and breezeways, and provide a variety of flatwork concrete services ranging from sidewalks to post-tension slabs.

As one of the first Licensed Applicators for Hacker Industries, Inc. Gypsum Concrete we have a close, personal relationship with our supplier, which ensures we have the most up-to-date product information and services. Approximately 10 years ago, Hacker Industries, Inc. requested that KMAC expand its operation to meet the growing demand for gypsum concrete floor underlayments in Charlotte, NC. Since that time we have installed over 50,000,000 square feet of Hacker Floor Underlayments from Washington, D.C. to Jacksonville, FL, and the Atlantic Coast to Nashville, TN. Sound Control
KMAC of the Carolinas also provides and installs impact sound insulating materials. Installed in conjunction with our Hacker Floor Gypsum Concrete Underlayments, these sound control products significantly reduce sound transfer and meet stringent codes for hard surface areas. As an additional service, we can provide design services, installations and testing.

Waterproofing & Concrete
